Decide what type of leader you are ?

The Leadership can be classified in two groups. Both of them cannot suits in all conditions. So check the qualities of each group and decide which type of leader you are or what type of leader you want to be in future .

1. The transactional leader is strict , systematic and discipline by nature whereas the Transformational leader is Charismatically qualified leader is obeyed by virtue of personal trust in him and his revelation.

2. In the transaction leadership employers are remunerated by fixed salaries, in money and in pensions and there is a system of promotion based upon seniority but in terms of transformational leader the salaries and promotion are increased by motivation i.e. by achieving the goal or target in short period.

3. In the transaction leaders actively monitors the work performed by subordinates, use correct methods if deviation from expected standards occurs , and enforce rules to prevent mistakes, where as in Transformational leadership the followers live in communistic relationship with their leaders on means provided as voluntary gifts means there is no enforcement of rules on the subordinates.

4. Transaction leaders establish goals, reward success and criticize poor performance where as in transformational leaders create vision and motivate others to achieve them.
